Introducing the INDUSTRIES FIRST remote access controller. Spider Be Gone Systems has spent the last couple of years developing the latest technology in the insect misting industry. For the first time we are now able to offer our customers a controller that will communicate with the Spider Be Gone Systems interface and advise us when something is wrong. You can now purchase or upgrade your system to include a remote monitoring service via the internet through wireless connections or by Ethernet connection with your modem. High speed internet access is required on the Ethernet option.

Your controller will communicate twice a day with the SBG interface and give updates as to its condition or needs. Should your systems chemical level become low or empty the controller will advise us it is time for a refill. No more running empty or guessing when to service the system. In addition should your system lose power or malfunction it will let us know we need to schedule a service call to make repairs. SBG can remotely access your system and perform a diagnostic test to see if the problem can be resolved easily or notify of what parts may be needed prior to our arrival. Should you desire to have SBG disable or make changes to your settings we can do so at no additional charge over the monthly monitoring fee.
SBG is breaking even on the fee in order to provide this needed service to those wishing to upgrade their system. It’s all about service and SBG wishes to raise the bar in this department. Should your system lose pressure due to a leak in the line it will perform 3 pressure test and if it fails on the third try your system will be shut down, preventing loss of chemical. A message alert will advise SBG that pressure was lost and a service call will be scheduled. This feature alone could save you hundreds of dollars due to a line break. This is the most exciting, state of the art, product that will truly offer SBG customers the BEST in system service.
